My name is Noam. I live in New York and develop software for a major internet advertising company.
I built this blog to have a playground to test out new design concepts and work on my
javascript/web 2.0 skills.
I specialize in Microsoft Technologies, mostly ASP.NET and C#, for web applications. My skill set
also includes client side programming - HTML, CSS, Javascript and interaction design. I enjoy a well
designed website that is completely intuitive and fast.
I enjoy any type of sport you can think of, and I'm very competative in most team sports. I am also
a Capoeirista (Brazilian Martial Artist) which I have been training for with Mestranda Edna Lima who
is an instructor of the Capoeira group known as Abada Capoeira
from Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

This website was developed on a Windows box (Vista 64) and I used Visual Studio 2005 [now 2008] as my editor.
-
The CSS layout is based on Nate Koechley's
CSS libraries..
-
The content is driven by a content framework by Reditus Solutions
which I helped build (well, helped might be too strong of a word...).
-
The design was inspired by a variety of blogs I read daily and was developed in such a way
that I could easily slap on a new look/layout/feel in a few moments if I wanted to... so check back to see
the latest and greatest oftenly (if you are into that sort of thing).

The javascript on this website is an aggregation of prototype, scriptaculous, YUI and my
own "wrong doing." I hope PPK and Doug Crawford won't have a field day at my expense ;)
