MyBJJStats ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and respect your data when you use our mobile application (the "App").

Local Storage Only: MyBJJStats is designed to be a private, offline-first application. All data you enter into the App (including training sessions, notes, and statistics) is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your personal data to any external servers or cloud databases.

No Personal Information: We do not ask for or collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

3. Health Connect Data Access

MyBJJStats integrates with Google Health Connect to provide enhanced training insights. We request access to the following data types:

• READ_EXERCISE: We use this permission to display a timeline of your training sessions including those logged by other apps. This helps you visualize your complete workout history in one place.
• WRITE_EXERCISE: We use this permission to allow you to save your BJJ training sessions (including duration) directly to your central Health Connect records.

Data Usage & Sharing: The data accessed from Health Connect is used solely to provide these features within the App. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. All Health Connect data remains locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may specifically use Google Play Services and other third-party libraries necessary for the App's core functionality (e.g., for rendering UI components or handling in-app purchases if applicable). These third parties may collect device information as described in their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Data Retention: We do not set a specific retention period because we do not store your data on our servers. Your data is retained on your device and within Google Health Connect for as long as you choose to keep it.

Data Deletion: You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time:

• Via Health Connect (Android): Since all our data is integrated with Health Connect, you can use the Health Connect settings on your Android device to delete all data written by MyBJJStats.
• In-App Deletion: You can delete any individual training session directly within the App by selecting the session and tapping the "DELETE" button.
• App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data specific to the App, though data already synced to Health Connect may persist until you delete it via Health Connect settings.
